Patience is the key as volatility is likely to persist. Anton Tagliaferro says he has bought into stocks that were falling in October to start building the foundation of the investment portfolio at QV Equities, however, the pace of purchasing has now eased following a swift rebound in many stock prices. With volatility likely to persist in the coming months Tagliaferro stresses the need to be patient when constructing a portfolio. The companies that have made it into the portfolio have been high quality companies with strong market positions such as The ASX and Bank of Queensland.
