Buy Hold Sell: With change comes opportunity

The only constant in life is change, or so the old saying tells us. The same could apply to the stock market. Mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, regulatory change, and market changes are just some of the factors which cause the companies of today to differ from those of yesterday. In the first quarter of 2016 alone there was $682 billion worth of mergers and acquisitions around the world. So is all this change for the better? Matthew Kidman from Centennial Asset Management hosts Chris Stott from Wilson Asset Management and Ben McGarry from Totus Capital to discuss ASX listed companies currently facing change. Stocks discussed include Crown, BT Investment Management and Smart Group. We also asked each panellist to share a stock undergoing change that has caught their attention - one 'Buy' and one 'Sell.'
