Elanor's activities include owning real estate backed operating businesses and managing real estate investment funds and syndicates on behalf of third party investors. Goldman Sach Group are adding to their position in Myer (MYR). Perpetual have raised their stakes in Henderson Group (HGG), Alacer Gold (AQG) and Australasian Wealth Investments (AWI) whilst ceasing to be substantial in Mermaid Marine.
