Christmas normally comes in the form of a jolly fat man with a long white beard dressed in a red jumpsuit, hollering ‘Ho, Ho, Ho’, as he magically climbs up and down chimneys. For Liberty Media shareholders, this year Christmas has arrived in the form of a foul mouthed, ageing looking rocker dressed in black, sporting sunglasses and a mop of black curly hair.
