First strike and Second Strike AGMs 2015

As always, I suggest you don't get carried away about the size of the strike but simply note there was a strike. The pattern of shareholdings in the company and the percentage of capital voting are likely to be relevant to the size of the strike. Most companies receiving a second strike don't go any further as the Board Spill resolution is not passed by shareholders. However, shareholders passed the Board Spill resolution at Castle Minerals, Draig Resources, Globe Metals & Mining and Samson Oil and Gas.
