It was our absolute pleasure to spend some time with Mr David Flanagan AM CitWA. David grew up in the coastal city of Bunbury WA, went on to be a graduate of the WA School of Mines which led into a mining career where he was ultimately the founding Managing Director of Atlas Iron where he oversaw it’s growth from a junior explorer to ASX top 50 company and the operator of three iron ore mines.

Including starting out, working in West Africa, exploration, the significant highs and the challenges of Atlas, the current battery minerals demand and the supply in WA vs our competition, the leading position of the WA Resources sector with regards to Space and the opportunity set for WA as a whole, and the challenges.
