High conviction in Credit Corp
Chris Stott, Chief Investment Officer at Wilson Asset Management, says Credit Corp is one stock that exceeded his expectations in the most recent reporting season. “It exceeded our expectations on the result. The outlook statement to us also looks quite light based on our numbers and what we’re forecasting here at WAM.” Stott says a key driver for the company is the competitive environment and in his assessment the current landscape is the most favourable he has seen in a decade. Shares in Credit Corp have had a strong run, however, from a valuation perspective Stott says the stock “still looks quite cheap,” Watch the video for more detail.
