Seek released its FY2015 financial report today and while the financial results will be well known to you how did the One Performance Right go in FY2015? This is the defacto STI scheme at Seek: over a twelve month period, shares accrue each month based on share price performance (as measured by VWAP) and are then subject to a further 18 months of restriction at the end of the 12 month period. The FY2015 vesting I obtained from the Appendix 3Y notice lodged on 25 August 2015. The FY2014 outcomes are disclosed in this year’s remuneration report issued today.
