There's still opportunity in global REITs

With global lockdowns being reinstated, particularly in Europe, one would think that the global REIT market is one to avoid. But the opportunity in this space could be rearing its head in unconventional ways. As Australia reopens and national foot traffic grows, it is one of many nations presenting exciting opportunities for investors.

According to Mark Mazzarella of APN Property Group, COVID-19 lockdown measures have presented unexpected opportunities in REITs. Whilst different countries are in different stages in dealing with the pandemic, Mark says it’s short-sighted to rule out REITs, and what they offer for investors.
