US regulatory filings are in for the second quarter, and as always, they've created a stir. Each quarter the '13-F report' shows what fund managers with over $100 million in assets have been up to. Berkshire Hathaway, which is run by Warren Buffett, increased its stake in Apple by 55% and now owns around $1.65b worth of the stock.
