Market opened positive and then sold down gradually to finish slightly positive. Our market was waiting to see the global reaction before moving positive. The US Fed move is now firmly in Dec. The US election worries are also subsiding as Republican candidate’s debate performance was not seen by either side of the politics to be substantial enough to move the center, minority and female voters. Without a swing in those categories, the election pundits do not believe that the Republican candidate can win. The US election debate today was setting up as a classic “Jerry Springer” show but once again the actual event was very tame and played mainly to the existing voters. Despite the recent volatility, the local market is still in line to for a potential 4th straight positive week!!! Interesting moves of the day….... (VIEW LINK)
