Metrics Credit Partners, a leading Australian alternative asset manager with approximately $20 billion of private debt and equity investments, has launched an initial public offer (IPO) for stapled units in the Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund(1) (ASX: MRE) (Fund).
The Fund provides an opportunity for investors to obtain broad exposure to commercial real estate investments. The Target Total Return is 10-12% p.a. (net of management fees and expenses) through the economic cycle.(2)
Metrics is targeting to raise A$300 million with the ability to accept oversubscriptions.
Offer closes 25 September 2024.
(1) The Fund is a stapled structure consisting of the Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Passive Trust ARSN 679 413 293 and Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Active Trust ARSN 679 413 695.
(2) This is a target only and may not be achieved. The actual return of the Fund may be lower than the Target Total Return. All investments, including an investment in the Fund, are subject to risk, including capital loss.
