Daily AGM Note, Thursday 24 November 2016
The Executive Remuneration Reporter
A fiery AGM day today - and at Jervois Mining shareholders didn't wait until next week's AGM to spill the Board. First strikes at Capitol Health, Carpentaria Exploration and RedHill Education. Second strike and Board Spill resolution passed at Ambertech; a second strike but no Board Spill at Cape Lambert Resources. Azure Healthcare and Metgasco avoided a second strike. At Evolution Mining shareholder pressure before the AGM led to the Board withdrawing what amounted to a retention grant to Jake Klein, but with a promise to keep talking to shareholders and Mr Klein on his Executive Services Agreement. See my earlier wire on this particular issue. (VIEW LINK) Other key AGMs today are IOOF, QUBE, SEEK (nuances on the remuneration), South32 (close on remuneration report) and Woolworths. You'll find today's Daily Note at this link (VIEW LINK) It is updated throughout the day as the results are available.
