First strike against the remuneration report at Ansell Limited 2015 AGM

Ansell released its 2015 AGM voting results this afternoon and the outcomes are (a) a first strike against the remuneration report and (b) shareholders rejecting a resolution to grant options to the MD/CEO. These results are unsurprising: we recommended a vote against all three remuneration resolutions and clearly we weren't the only proxy adviser who did so. (VIEW LINK)
