Follow the link for a chart which shows the year-on-year change in Spanish house prices over the past decade. House prices have taken a relentless nose dive since the bubble burst back in 2006. Moreover, prices are still falling at a 10% annual rate. On an optimistic note, however, this dismal result represents an improvement on last year's annual decline of 15%. (VIEW LINK)
