Second strike and Board spill meeting ahead for Samson Oil & Gas

This AGM was yesterday but results posted to the ASX announcements platform this afternoon indicate a second strike against the remuneration report. Shareholders also passed the Board Spill Resolution which means the Board must convene a Board Spill Meeting (explained in this note (VIEW LINK) ) within 90 days.
