Good morning, So what happened last night? Stocks edged up, boosted by energy shares, with investors also focused on US corporate earnings and the data miss. A lower full-year earnings forecast from Johnson & Johnson due to the impact of dollar strength kept gains in check. Retail Sales figures were once again poor……. And this is signalling to us that the US economy is still “fragile”… The SPI is pointing to 10 point rise this morning.
